Kenneth J. Brame - Founder and Director
The Mission of Conscious Minds Mentoring, Encouragement and Guidance Agency is to promote growth and development with regards to both personal characteristics and interpersonal competencies by providing support through guided sessions so that one may come to understand and appreciate the uniqueness of his/her personality while discovering new ways to develop their full potential. I have been working as an Educator, Mentor, and Life Coach since 1995. My focus is geared toward helping individuals, groups, and teams to identify their strengths and accomplish short-term and long-term goals. This is achieved by formulating a plan specifically designed to address what's needed to move forward productively, and attack issues that may cause them to get sidetracked by barriers such as distress, anxiety, and stress.
