Kwame Brahme, B.S., LCDC (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor) and CCJAP (Certified Criminal Justice Addiction Professional), is the Program Director at the Salvation Army Substance Abuse Program in Dallas, TX. He has extensive training which provides expertise to address substance abuse and behavioral related issues.
